PILOT[]
- The dub contains various references to Polish reality. These include:
- Kinger asks Zooble "W środku nie było gry w 'Jeden z Dziesięciu', co nie?" (There wasn't a game of 'One of Ten' inside, was there?") referencing the Polish version of the British quiz show "Fifteen to One".
- Caine receives an "RCB Alert" on his WackyWatch. This is a reference to the Polish government SMS notifications in the event of an emergency, which, in reality, are sent in trivial situations such as bad weather.
- The dub accidentally has an uncensored swear word in the Pilot episode. When Zooble is swallowed by the Gloink Queen, they shout "Kinger ty skurwy-(synu)" ("Kinger, you (son) of a bitch!"). Although the word "skurwysyn" stops halfway through, the first part left is vulgarism.
Candy Carrier Chaos![]
- The dub contains various references to Polish reality. These include:
- The Polish name of the Candy Canyon Kingdom, i.e. "Królestwo Kryształowej Kukułki" (The Kingdom of the Crystal Kukułka) is a reference to well-known "kukułka" (literally cuckoo) - a dark brown hard-coated candy with white stripes, containing a cocoa filling with the addition of alcohol.
- The first part of the name Princess Loolilalu in the Polish version may refer to chocolate bars called Princessa.
- Princess Loolilalu calls the war rig "an armed hussar", which is a reference to type of light cavalry associated with Poland.
- Seeing Pomni vomiting, Gummigoo tells her "You should have taken the Lokomotiv". Lokomotiv are pills often taken by people with motion sickness before departure and are widely known in Poland.
- Jax replies to Princess "Szkoda strzępić ryja" ("There's no point in talking about it", literally translated as "There's no point in shredding my mouth"). This is the reference to the Polish meme in which Zbigniew Stonoga insulted the winners of the parliamentary elections and their voters.
- When the characters return to the Circus, Caine calls them "secret sausage eaters" ("parówkowi skrytożercy"). This is a reference to an old Polish film called "Teddy Bear" (pl. "Miś"), in which the line "We say no to secret sausage eaters" ("Parówkowym skrytożercom mówimy nie") was said.
- In the Polish subtitles, when Caine removes Gumigoo from the Circus, the text "Gumigoo turns into your communion money" appears.
- This is a reference to a popular joke in Poland regarding the First Communion. This ceremony is quite popular in Poland, and the child's relatives give him or her money then (the first larger amount in his or her life). Since they are still young (usually around 10 years old), their parents take their money. That's why many people joke that you only see your communion money once in your life - when you receive it.
- When Caine offers a pipe to Bubble, in the Polish version he refuses because "he recently quit it". Whereas in the original, Bubble is just trying to quit.
- The Polish name of Gummigoo is a combination of the words "żelki" (jelly beans) and "krokodyl" (crocodile), so it can be loosely translated as "jellcodile".
The Mystery Of Mildenhall Manor[]
- The dub contains various references to Polish reality. These include:
- When the doors in the Mildenhall house are presented for the characters to pass through, Caine labels the paths using the "PEGI" system, the European video game age rating system.
- When Caine drew a bee and showed it to Zooble, he commented that it "looked like Maya". The animated series Maya the Honey Bee is very popular in Poland.
- Caine calls some of the group that completed the pacifist path by term "Misie Lubisie". Lubisie is the Polish name for sponge cakes with chocolate filling in the shape of teddy bears, commonly known as Barny Cakes.
- Caine refers to the returning crew as "Skibidi Sigmas" instead of directly translating the "Meowing Milkmaides" line.
- When Alex Rochon learned about this change, he decided to dub this version into English himself.[1][2]
- In the Polish version, Kinger's statement was slightly changed. When in the original Kinger says that he studied computer science for 7 years, in the Polish version it was changed to 4 years and the mention of computer science was completely omitted.
- This is the first episode in which Zooble uses neutral pronouns. Previously, they were avoided because they were not necessary.
Fast Food Masquerade[]
- Seeing the items in the box in Zooble's room, Jax asks if they are gifts for the flood victims. This is a reference to the flood in Central Europe (including Lower Silesia in Poland) that took place in September 2024, a few months before the premiere of the episode.
- While talking to Jax, Gangle tells him that this is her "Day of the Wacko" and she's about to make him a sequel. The aforementioned "Day of the Wacko" is a title of a Polish feature film from 2002.
- Gummigoo orders a "The Woodcutter's Burger" (Burger Drzeworąbcy). This is a reference to "Burger Drwala" (The Lumberjack's Burger), a seasonal burger that can be ordered during fall-winter time at Polish McDonald's.
- The mannequin who eats the cereal calls them "Mlekołaki", which are the actual brand of Polish breakfast cereals created by Lubella.
- In the Polish version, the names of the Gloinks that attacked the mannequin were translated to Tytus, Romuś and Atomuś. These are diminutive names of the main characters of the comics "Tytus, Romek and A'Tomek".
Others[]
- The adjective "obłędny" in the title can be translated in two ways. In addition to the fact, that it means "amazing", it also has a second meaning - "insane", which may ambiguously refer to the madness from which the characters of the series are trying to save themselves.
- The Pomni gloves on the Polish version of "The Amazing Digital Circus" poster are color swapped compared to the original poster.
- The studio also dubbed two other fan animations/memes and published them on its YouTube channel. First, a dubbed fan animation referring to a popular "suitcase full of coke" (originally made by Alex Rochon himself) was released on the channel. Later, Caine and Pomni's voice actors recorded the Polish version of the another fan animation named "Caine and Pomni rob a bank".
- The team behind the Polish TADC Dub is the same as behind the Polish Dub for Murder Drones, having some of the cast of members appear in both shows:
